This introduction will review the general economic, legal and political climate in the context of discussing implications for attorney's and their clients. This segment will focus on how the current legislative, economic and political climate is affecting attorney's clients and specific considerations when designing estate, tax and retirement plans. Implications of the 2020 election, Fiduciary legislation and Income Tax changes will be discussed. Attorney’s will learn how to help clients take advantage of the new provisions in 2020 while avoiding potential pitfalls.
